What I love about my job is that it allows me to combine organizational skills, communication, and teamwork. As a dental secretary, I help ensure that our daily practice runs smoothly and efficiently—for both patients and the entire team. My knack for office work comes into play when reviewing invoices and handling billing, managing patient correspondence, and performing various other administrative tasks. I particularly enjoy being the first point of contact for our patients at the front desk, whether in person, by phone, or via email.
