There are several ways to get a referral to our dental practice:

Procedure after the assignment

  1. Once we receive the referral, we will schedule an appointment directly with your patient.
  2. During the initial visit, we conduct a thorough examination, discuss the diagnosis, and create a transparent treatment plan.
  3. We provide patients with comprehensive information about the process, potential risks, and costs.
  4. Upon completion of treatment, we will refer the patient back to you—including written documentation of the therapy performed and recommendations for follow-up care.

Payments can be made via email, mail, or phone. A digital payment form (PDF) is available for download. To ensure prompt processing, we recommend including recent X-rays or medical reports.

Transparency is important to us. Once treatment is complete, we will provide you, as the referring dental practice, with a written report detailing the exact course of treatment, the results, and recommendations for follow-up care.

Of course. Once treatment is complete, we will refer your patients back to you. Follow-up care, check-ups, and prosthetic treatment will then take place as usual at your practice.
